1.- Our prices include:
All the services that are specifically mentioned in each itinerary in regular mode. Prices do not include taxes and are subject to change without prior notice until the client pays in full for the contracted services.
2.- Our prices do NOT include:
Visa expenses – Passport processing expenses – Personal tips, such as guides, drivers, bellboys, etc. Transfers where they are not specified – Excess baggage – Airport taxes and/or Entrances to National Parks, Nature or Faunal Reserves not specified in the itinerary – Extras of any kind or expenses that are not duly specified in the itineraries. 3.-Reservations All reservations will be subject to confirmation until full receipt of full payment for services.
In case a specific agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation may be confirmed with a partial payment of 40% for packages with standard category hotels and 65% for packages with superior and luxury category hotels. . However, the balance must be paid before the start of services.
Payments for our services can only be made as indicated in our payment methods. Once the reservation of the tourist package is confirmed to the client by means of an e-mail with a confirmation code, this will be guaranteed, except for cancellation for reasons exposed under the title of responsibilities which are totally unrelated to the company.
The prices offered are net prices and do not include the cost of the transaction. Payments sent by Paypal, Wester Union, and payments by Credit Card, the transaction costs will be assumed by the Client.
Hotel confirmations are subject to availability, if there is no space in the selected hotel, another of a similar category and price will be given.
With regard to cancellations, returns and refunds of money, these will be regulated by the terms and conditions.
If the trip had to be shortened or extended for fortuitous reasons or force majeure not attributable to the company, the expenses caused by this situation will be exclusively borne by the clients.
4.- Cancellations and modifications:
By the company: ANDINO TOURS PERU. reserves the right to justifiably cancel the tour in the following circumstances:
Acts of force majeure. The total amount received up to that moment will be refunded, deducting the expenses of the bank transaction made and the corresponding administrative expenses, as well as any possible cancellation charges for pre-paid services, if any.
By the client: All cancellations and voluntary changes in contracted programs must be notified in writing to ANDINO TOURS PERU.
For early cancellations and/or voluntary changes in contracted programs, the costs that apply, after deducting the percentage corresponding to the providers and the administrative expenses, will be the following:
Between 45 and 31 days before 25%,
30 and 15 days before 50%,
14 and 7 days before 75%,
Less than 7 days 100%
In the event that the cancellation / voluntary change in contracted programs is made more than 45 days in advance, only administrative expenses will be charged and, if applicable, the corresponding penalty to the airline(s), hotels, trains, income issued and other contracted services.
In the case of long weekends, tours at Easter, high season (May, June, July, August), tours at Christmas and New Year, regardless of how far in advance the services are cancelled, they are penalized with 50% of the cost of service.
Once the service has begun, the provisions for the cancellation and voluntary withdrawal of the services will apply.
Passengers who voluntarily desist from using any service included in the tour program will not have the right to demand any refund for said services. There is no refund for any unused services, including transfers, excursions and hotel reservations.
5.- Claims:
Any claim that wishes to be made must be directed, within 10 days of the end of the trip or the event that motivated it, to the following email address: info@andinotoursperu.com

6.- Documentation:
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each passenger to have all the documentation in order for the trip. The passenger must be provided with a valid passport and the visas required according to the chosen itinerary. Failure to comply with the above by the client will cause the loss of the right to any refund. The consequences of its omission and the expenses that originate as a consequence of it will be borne by the traveler. The same will happen when the authorities of any country refuse to allow the entry of the passenger.
7.- Responsibilities:
Reservations are accepted with the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and that the visits, excursions or expeditions, which appear in our programs, are carried out at their own will. 8.- Customer acceptance
The client declares to know and accept these general contracting conditions and said acceptance is ratified by means of any of the following acts:
The partial or total payment of the contracted services before the start of the trip, by any form or modality.
The acceptance of the invoice of the contracted services.
Through the use of any portion of the contracted services.
The balance of the cost of the service must be paid in cash the first day before the start of the service in cash in the currency in which the service contract was made; In case of using magnetic or electronic means, the client will assume the costs that these cause.

9.- Air tickets (not included)
Air ticket prices and fares are subject to availability and change without prior notice until they have been issued. The schedules, itineraries, flight numbers and times of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline. All airline ticket preservations will be subject to confirmation until full receipt of full payment for the tickets and until they have been issued. The service operator may modify the current conditions without prior notice.
10.- Train Transportation Service (not included)
The prices and rates of train tickets are subject to availability and change without prior notice until they have been issued. The schedules, itineraries and schedules of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the train operating company. All train ticket reservations will be subject to confirmation by email, once the confirmation is received there is no place for voluntary or involuntary cancellation or annulment.
